Step 1: Fill out this form here. Give us as much detail as possible & purchase the "Custom Order Place Holder" below, this is a $5 holding fee. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, but it will ultimately go towards your ending balance. We will respond within 48 business hours, and discuss in depth everything regarding your item(s). This includes material, styles, turn around time, shipping and pricing.

Step 2: Once all of the details have been ironed out and agreed upon, a custom product will be listed under the collection your item(s) are based under (tops, bottoms, ect) below. The Product title will be the item(s) and then the customer's name, so there is no confusion. The price of the listing will be 75% of your item(s) total, this is considered a non-refundable  down payment.

Step 3: We make your item(s)! How exciting! Once your product(s) is complete, an invoice will be sent to the agreed upon email for the product(s) remaining 25% payment, as well as the cost of shipping & taxes. You will have 48 hours to pay the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours, and Luna's Bootique has not been advised why, you forfeit your rights to the item(s) and Luna's Bootique can do with them as they see fit.
